Christmas afternoon my family and I often go out for a walk, to clear the cob-webs off, to walk a little of the turkey dinner off and to see how many Christmas bicycle and/or jumpers we can see.
Doing something different can be quite refreshing and stimulating. It is said, “A change is as good as a rest.”
Do something different this season. Visit someone, smile more often, be more generous with your time. Anyone of these could make someone’s Christmas, on the day or the weeks leading up to the big day.
“Give and you will receive,” is a saying only really understood by those who give regularly and often.
Oh what a virus to catch this winter.
